In-Stock Items
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after purchase
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email
In rare cases such as temporary stock shortages or unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly via email. You may choose to:
- Wait for shipment
- Or request a full refund
✨ Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Custom items require additional production time
- The production time will be clearly stated on the product page
- Total delivery time = production time + shipping time
🚚 Shipping Time
After shipment, estimated delivery time:
- United States / Canada / United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Other regions may vary depending on destination
